El Ministerio de Defensa confirmó ayer la llamativa desaparición de un misil en una unidad del Ejército en La Plata. Se trata de un TOW 2, un cohete fabricado en los Estados Unidos capaz de perforar cualquier blindaje conocido. La cartera que conduce Agustín Rossi informó mediante un comunicado que “la ausencia de material sensible, más específicamente de un misil TOW 2”, se produjo en el Escuadrón de Caballería Blindado 1 ubicado en Arana, en las afueras de La Plata, y que el Ejército denunció el hecho ante el Juzgado Federal que subroga el juez Laureano Vidal.
El TOW 2 es el cohete guiado antitanque más usado del mundo, según comentaban los sitios especializados. El proyectil tiene un costo aproximado de 50 mil dólares, pesa poco más de 21 kilos, mide 1,17 metros tiene un alcance de 3750 metros (37 cuadras) y alcanza una velocidad de 329 metros por segundo. “Es versátil y puede lanzarse desde un trípode o un vehículo”, de hecho las pruebas en el país se hacen desde las camionetas “multipropósito” Hummer, explicaban.
El comunicado de Defensa resaltó como dato alentador “que el misil faltante resulta inoperable como tal sin un lanzador específico” y que por el momento “no se han detectado faltantes de los lanzadores existentes”. Tanto el Ministerio de Defensa como el Ejército “se han puesto a disposición del juez y del fiscal a cargo, brindando toda la asistencia, información y colaboración que pudiese requerir para el esclarecimiento del hecho”, concluyó.

Pienso que hechos como el conocido -el faltante de un misil que atraviesa poderosos blindados- son los acontecimientos políticos importantes (y preocupantes) hoy en Argentina. No Lanata, ni Carrió, ni Solanas; tampoco un CEO de un poderoso multimedio que menciona todos los días la militancia que apoya al actual gobierno. Son todos personajes insignificantes en lo político, salvo en parte el ejecutivo de la empresa periodística drásticamente opositora. En cambio, el robo de un misil muy moderno es un hecho político para tener muy en cuenta, para tapa de diario (defensor de orden democrático). Me comentan que tal vez el misil se halle solo, ¿cómo decirlo?, “escondido”. O perdido en el recuento. Podría ser, pero ¿para qué? ¿O qué consecuencias tendría esto? Simple: sembrar inquietud, temores, miedos sociales y sospechas, todos sentimientos básicos para la inseguridad social y la corrosión de un gobierno.
Pero igual me pregunto:
¿Quién se puede robar esto, un misil de un metro y 20 kilos?
¿A quién o contra qué lo van a disparar? ¿Cuándo lo van a disparar?
¿Lo dejan en el país o lo sacan al exterior?
¿Con esto comienza el “terrorismo musulmán” en Argentina?
¿O con esto comienza la represión contra el “terrorismo musulmán”?
¿Lo van a disparar contra una institución musulmana o judía, o contra la Catedral de Buenos Aires?
¿Contra la residencia de Olivos?
¿Y si se lo disparan a Evo Morales, por mencionar a alguien? ¿O Barack Obama? ¿Ahí qué pasa?
¿Y si lo tiran contra una unidad militar o un populoso crucero de turismo? ¿Qué pasa ahí?
¿Y si se lo tiran al jefe de la policía Federal o el de policía bonaerense? (2) ¿Ahí que pasa?
¿Contra una escuela? ¿Un hospital?
¿Contra la embajada de EE.UU. o la de un país árabe?
¿A quién se lo van a tirar? ¿Y cuándo?
Organizaciones militares de guerrilla, no existen. No existe la izquierda, o se ha desdibujado casi del todo.
Existen el otras naciones organizaciones terroristas de derecha religiosa que siempre han sido denunciadas como creaciones de la CIA y los organismos de inteligencia de Estados Unidos, Israel y naciones europeas.
¿Quién puede aquí robarse un misil y para qué?
(2) Ya sucedió en Argentina: El 1 de noviembre de 1974 fueron asesinados en un atentado explosivo, al subir a una lancha turística en el Tigre, el jefe de la Policía Federal , comisario Alberto Villar y su esposa. El hecho no se lo adjudicó nadie, pero tiempo más tarde una organización de izquierda trotzquista armada se la atribuyó a la organización Montoneros, el brazo militar armado de la izquierda peronista en esos años de tácticas de guerrilla urbana. Gobernaba la presidenta constitucional en democracia parlamentaria Isabel Martínez de Perón, ex esposa del general Perón, ya fallecido. El 18 de junio de 1976, ya instalada la dictadura cívico-militar (30 mil desaparecidos), asesinaron a otro jefe de la Policía Federal, general Césareo A. Cardozo, con una bomba de 700 gramos de TNT debajo de su cama, con heridas graves para su esposa. Se lo atribuyó la organización Montoneros. El 2 de julio de 1976 un atentado explosivo en la Superintendencia de la Policía Federal (Coordinación Federal) en la ciudad de Buenos Aires con oficiales en almuerzo mató a 23 personas y fueron heridas otras 60. Se lo atribuyó también Montoneros.
Quiero dejarlo bien claro: no hay ya rastros ni condiciones sociales, políticas, culturales y económicas para que hoy surja una organización armadas de izquierda como las de los años 70 del siglo pasado en Argentina. La población lo rechaza y los que acusan de “montoneros” a los gobiernos del ciclo kirchnerista actúan de mala fé, están desinformados, deliran, fantasean o conspiran. La presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, a quien voto y cuya gestión defiendo, ha aclarado más de una vez -como si hiciese falta a alguien atento e informado-, ante empresarios “temerosos” o desinformados, que su gobierno no es “marxista” ni “socialista”. Lo cual es absolutamente confirmado por todas sus medidas llevadas a cabo, de corte capitalista de desarrollo y crecimiento productivo, ampliación mercado interno, sustitución de importaciones, pleno empleo y salarios actualizables para aumentar el consumo y el circuito productivo. Quien afirme que establecer alguna regulación o evitar algún abuso de poderosos en el mercado es “zurdo”, además de ignorar lo que es el capitalismo, no sólo es ignorante y retardatario sino que, en muchos casos, actúa con mala intención. Queda claro. Lo que sí puede ser probable es un atentado, de derecha y de organismos de inteligencia, en el país o en el extranjero, al estilo de AMIA y la embajada de Israel en Buenos Aires, o similar. Algunas voces han enunciado ya ese peligro. Las condiciones mundiales y la guerra de exterminio y saqueo que se aprestan a redoblar EE.UU. , Gran Bretaña y Francia, lo habilitan. Y desde hace años es aún más fácil que décadas atrás, ya que se utilizan de modo masivo ejércitos de exterminio de empresas privadas con cientos de miles de hombres armados, tema del que tampoco nunca se habla.
